Before a job is booked you can state if you have any particular allergies to any cleaning detergents or preferences for specific products you can customize a special way of cleaning that you prefer, you can easily let your house cleaner know ahead of time you can even prioritize the various home cleaning tasks that your professional will do in the order that you prefer, so you can make sure your biggest concerns will get extra care and attention.

Things to Know

All our work is guaranteed. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning. In the unusual event of human error, we will come out to reclean any area you are not satisfied with. How this works is within 24 hours after a cleaning you can call the owner. We may ask for a picture of the area for training purposes. We will come back to clean the area at no additional expense to you.

Please note: if you have pets we will work to remove pet hair; however, we cannot guarantee all hair will be completely removed.

If you request your blinds to be cleaned we will clean your blinds but we cannot guarantee they will return to a brand new condition. Unless you want the cleaner to spend an extensive amount of time on blinds (that takes away from the allotted time for other tasks) we can dust and clean visible heavy areas as an alternative.

Payments are due the day of service. Due to hardship it puts on the company we do not typically make exceptions. Your invoice is due the day services are complete. Any unpaid balances are subject to being taken to small claims court to satisfy the balance.

  • We do not move furniture. We clean around furniture and under as much as possible.
  • We do not clean any area we cannot clearly see. For example, pipes behind a sink that are not visible.
  • We do not climb ladders – all cleaning is done within reach.
  • We do not clean any area that is unsafe.
  • We do not clean clutter (unless it is ordered as a service).
  • If there are hazardous weather conditions we will work with you to reschedule.
  • If there is school closings in Schenectady (our main office location) or your city we will ask to reschedule.

If you have any allergies or preferences for cleaning supplies. We will use your products. Just leave them out for the cleaner and provide instructions. We are happy to accommodate.

Many times the company will send two staff to do your cleaning for the same price as one staff. You will receive extra labor at the same price.

If you refer a customer to us, we will give you a 10% discount off your future cleaning after your referral completes one cleaning with us.

If you provide us with a review on Thumbtack, Yelp, Google or Facebook we will give you 10$ off your future service as a token of appreciation for your time.
